Hey, I’m Mark.
After 30 years leading in Fortune 500 companies, family-owned businesses, and startups and 32 years serving on the local school board (currently as president), I know how tempting it is to avoid what feels like “touchy feely” stuff. I also know how destructive it can become if you don’t address it head on.
